  To avoid this I'd recommend iPhone or apple, they are expensive but worth it. I've had 2 different models from Telstra and never had any problems.

  Luke, you are the owner of Kalgoorlie and ignore us asking you to contact us. You promised around the 18th October to contact us and you never did!! Whilst in Kalgoorlie we asked 4 times that you contact us and you never did but ignored us. Not good service...14 ladies at a craft group in Kalgoorlie I went to were horrified that I was going to this store. They wait until they go out of Kalgoorlie to go to Telstra it's that bad. What one of your staff did to us last week is unthinkable and a disgrace but your ignorance to us and his is a reflection on you. You were there and refused to talk to us. 4 times.
