  I went to get the screen fixed on my phone. This was done and then the next day when I went to collect it I was told the battery was "flat" so they couldn't test it. When I brought it home to charge the phone would not work unless plugged into the wall.

  Compeltely untrustworthy service, poor excues from the owner. Having read other people's disparaging reviews it is not surprising. The only real surprise is how they manage to get any business.

  Returned to the shop the next day and they told me that the battery had "just died." They offered to fix this for 50 dollars.

  Also stating that they didn't have time to replace the battery is nonsensical. I waited almost ten minutes for them to reassemble my phone after they had told me that the battery was dead.

  I didnt trust this and brought it back to Perth where they opened the phone to tell me that there was no battery in the phone. Strongly suspect that they had removed my battery and were going to charge me to replace it. They hadnt told me that they were removing my battery before giving it back to me. Extremely poor service.

  If itt indeed had been the case that they had ran out of time(which the staff member never mentioned to me that day) surely I should have been informed that they were not giving me my battery back.

  Absolutely useless. Took my gold GS8+ in to get front and rear screen replaced and they decided to put a Black screen on it instead, and didn't replace the back screen but completely destroyed it and glued it back onto the phone with chunks of glass missing. They eventually replaced the front screen they stuffed up after a month of constant phone calls but still haven't repaired the rear screen and will not return phone calls and manager always seems to be out when I go into the store.
