  Firstly we wanted a particular rental property and we were told the one we wanted was not suitable for some reason so they offered us a different one next to it. We moved in and the yard was full off leaves and branches, we had two Ute loads to get rid of and then there was stains on the walls and residue left in the bathroom. I saw the neighbouring property was still vacant and was still being advertised and there was nothing wrong with it, I asked why it wasn't suitable and they the property manager did not come up with a reason, but I could see it was better then the one I was in. The property manager was also lazy and hardly ever there...
