    I want to say how disappointed I am with this service. I received 2 texts to say a taxi had been dispatched. I then arranged for elder disabled local and highly respected man to stand outside his house waiting for dispatched taxi - which did not come. When I rang they said they were now waiting for a taxi "willing" to go to this address. I will never ring this service again and for the gentleman - he knows this is not simply a case of taxis being busy!

    My sister, who is wheelchair bound, and I had a FANTASTIC day tour with 'Scotty' from Chinatown Taxis. The service was wonderful. Right from the friendly and helpful booking of the Maxi cab to prompt arrival time at our Princess Cruise ship to the knowledgeable commentary from Scotty. Thank you so much

    Stupid staff ordered a taxi. You get a message it's approaching.. Taxi never shows up.. Call again: Operator says we're already picked up.. So stupid
