    We ordered a couple of big tyres in and this process was friendly and helpful. We waited in town for 4 days for them to come in.We then realised we wouldn't need the second one so I called them and they said they'd have to charge us the freight they had paid for it- no problem, that's fair. We got a call to come pick one up after a certain hour as they wanted to watch the Melbourne Cup. That was OK as long as we got it today as we want to leave town this evening. However, when we got there the doors were closed and no one was home. The adjoining BP garage told us they had gone to the pub and closed for the day. Absolutely terrible service. The girl behind the counter called someone to check and we have yet to have been contacted with an apology. We have taken our business elsewhere.

    Called to ask about having a trailer (Boat) tyre valve replaced - no probs, bring it down. Done within 2 mins, no charge, just very helpful Broome service with a smile. Brilliant!
