  We had a superb customer service experience when we visited Jewels of the Kimberley. Our search for a special and unique pearl ring had seen us visit many jewellers. At Jewels of the Kimberley not only did we find a unique range of pearl jewellery but we also received outstanding customer service. Hannah was very attentive to our needs from start to finish, working with us to select and find the special pearl ring that met our specific needs. Whilst looking and deciding with Hannah we were made to feel completely at home by Jody and the rest of the team. Hannah’s patience, knowledge and desire to help us, was simply the best. People regularly comment on how beautiful and different my wife’s pearl ring is, so we often reflect fondly on our visit to Jewels of Kimberley. Our rating is definitely 10/10.
