nowhere and had to pay a ridiculous bill for towing us back to Broome by - what a surprise - minchull mechanics, the official partner of RACQ. The guy towing us back even told us, he heard the car the other day and wouldn’t have left Broome at all but they denied everything.

We got a full vehicle inspection and oil change done at this place and they promised us, the car will easily run another 10000km without any problem and convinced us in repairing some other parts as well.

Check my car, lied to me and charged me $110. Great place for locals, they seem to love it, fair enough but if you are an obvious foreigner like me don’t waste your time in this place, they know they won’t get much out of

The worst service I ever had in my life.

We removed the car from there premises as soon as possible and went to another mechanic who could exactly tell us the problem with the car (other than minchulls) and confirmed what we already knew: minchull mechanics are a bunch of dodgy and dishonest blokes who want to get as much money out of your pockets as possible!

Don’t bring your car to the dodgy mechanics of minshull!

In other words: got some pretty bad advice from those mechanics and all they had to offer were dodgy excuses.

If you have a problem and need a quote, better ask more than 10 times because "they can't expect you to have no idea about cars at all!"

After repair radiator and pump, my aircon stopt working. Now i check in Darwin with a mechanic and they forgot to reconnect the high pressure plug. So pretty frustrating in this climate!

I asked for a service, a car detail, a windscreen chip repair and for them to check for any suspension problems with a quote before doing anything. I was charged $700 for a windscreen that wasn't repaired, a car detail where my car was nearly as dirty as before I left it, a basic service and $200+ for them to check for suspension problems. Since I got my car back 2 days ago a car that has always ran perfectly is not starting properly and I basically just paid $700 for a service. I would never recommend them or go back.

Backpackers and foreigners, attention! Thought I may leave the terrible experience that I had a couple of months ago. Asked for my Range Rover to be checked after a breaks failure. They kept my car all day and said that it would cost me 50$ to tell me what the problem is. Got my car 8 hours later, and they literally told me what I already knew « you have a break falure Maaaaate » oh really?. Asked me to pay 110$ because apparently they spent more than an hour on it, no concrete answer, no paperwork and NO ADVICE. Went to Pat auto electrics the day after, he fixed it within an hour all it needed was a new relay in the fuse box. They did not
