  Had a flat tyre, had to buy a new one, I asked for the same tyre than the others and they put the same model but different loading (so less strong) without letting us know before hand. Had to come back to ask about this difference and other little details. The worker said they didn't have the same model in the end, and that the tyres would do the same job.. Annoying when you feel you can't trust professionals. Would've prefered if they had said from the beginning "we don't have the same model but something else, do you want it?". Also poor customer service from the workers that worked on the car. Anyway, the work was quickly done.
